Service delivery: Per the schedule defined in the executed contract or individual statement of work.
Returns & cancellation: Due to the nature of professional services, cancellation or refund after engagement commencement is not accepted. Defects in deliverables must be reported within 7 days of receipt; we will remediate or re-deliver as appropriate.
Technical environment: Online meetings and deliverable transmission use Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Email.
Notes: Government fees and pass-through costs for administrative procedures (Business Manager visa, registration, bank account opening, etc.) are billed separately. Outcomes of exchange-rate, tax-regime, and authority-review processes are not guaranteed by us.
